Behind the Diagnosis
Together with my colleague Jette Gelbek, I host the podcast *Bag diagnosen*(Behind the Diagnosis), where we explore what lies behind various psychiatric diagnoses—and behind mental illness more generally.
We are curious about what happens when we see the person behind the diagnosis, and when we explore the mechanisms underlying our experience of thoughts, emotions, and life.

The Three Principles – Professional Network
I serve on the board of “The 3 Principles”—a network for psychologists under the Danish Psychological Association—along with my wonderful colleagues Jette Gelbek and Anne Stærk.

Within the network, we work together with other psychologists to raise awareness of the Three Principles through education and outreach. At the same time, we focus on strengthening the professional foundation of psychologists and others who work from this understanding, including through supervision, peer consultation, and professional collaboration.
I also work closely with Jette and Anne, and among other things, we have a joint supervision group.

Colleagues
I have a practice in Slagelse, where I’m based at the Intakt offices. Mental Health Revolution, among others, is also located there.
In Copenhagen, I share office space with psychologist Bjarne Toftegård, who is, among other things, the founder of Forebyg Stress.
For me, it’s valuable to be part of professional communities where we can inspire one another, challenge our understanding, and remain curious about what helps people recognize their own inherent health.
