Cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment and no-shows will be charged at full price.

Surcharge for calls from 5pm onwards and on weekends +200 kr

If you have purchased a bundle, the following applies:

Remaining sessions can be transferred to another person by agreement with me.
If you want a refund for remaining sessions, the price of the used sessions will be calculated on the price of a single session.

Number of sessions used * price of a single session - purchase price = payout for remaining sessions.
Example: You have purchased a program with 5 sessions at a price of DKK 5000. You use 3 sessions, but want the last 2 paid out.
3 * 1200 kr = 3600 kr - 5000 kr = 1400 kr to pay out.

You have a 14-day return policy when purchasing through my online shop.
