I am a licensed psychologist who graduated from the University of Copenhagen in 2006, and since then I have been helping people achieve greater peace of mind, well-being, and quality of life. Through many years of experience, I have worked with individual clients, families, and businesses seeking lasting change.
I offer counseling sessions in Slagelse, in the Vesterbro neighborhood of Copenhagen, and online, so you can choose the option that best suits your needs.
Among other things, I can help with:
- Stress and Stress Responses
- Anxiety and Worries
- Low self-esteem and insecurity
- Personal Crises and Life Changes
- Setting Boundaries and Relationships
- Returning to Work After Stress or Sick Leave
- Personal development and greater self-awareness
- Supervision and Professional Feedback for Therapists
I also work with companies that want to improve their employees’ well-being through lectures, theme days, supervision, or psychological counseling.
3P-Based Psychology
My starting point is always you, your situation, and what you want to achieve. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts and your understanding of yourself affect your well-being.
My work is based on an understanding of the Three Principles (3P), which hold that our experience of life is created from within through our psychological processes. When we gain a deeper understanding of our psychological makeup, it becomes easier to find peace, bring about change, and act from a place of clarity rather than fear or old patterns.
That is why my focus is first and foremost on the present and on the understanding that brings about lasting change. In my experience, people often achieve faster and more lasting results through new insights than through prolonged processing of past events.
I place great importance on you meeting a person—not just a psychologist. My clients often describe me as professionally competent, attentive, and down-to-earth. There’s room for seriousness, reflection, and humor—because personal growth doesn’t have to be heavy or gloomy.
