A lecture about efficiency
Contrary to popular belief, we become significantly more efficient when we drop all ambitions to perform.
As humans, we are equipped with an intellect that is really good at setting goals and making plans. - But also for seeing obstacles and potential dangers... For worrying and giving up... For self-criticism and blame... For sticking rigidly to something even if it doesn't feel right... And for being anywhere but in the moment.
As a result, we often end up being our own biggest stumbling block.

By becoming more aware of this 'stumbling block tendency' and distinguishing between intellect and wisdom, we can detach ourselves from it, thereby freeing up a lot of resources. In addition, when we don't listen to the intellect's 'advice', we will be much better at being who we are and work in accordance with our wisdom and the given energy level in the moment.

General about my lectures:
All my talks address the whole person, not just the employee. The knowledge shared will have a positive impact both in your personal life and in the workplace.
This is based on the knowledge that a division into 'work persona' and 'private persona' is an artificially created division - and that employees who thrive at home also have more resources to use at work.
My talks are based on the inside-out theory and offer theoretical knowledge, entertaining and recognizable examples and experiences from my own life, as well as insightful exercises for the participants.
