As one person recently said to me: 'Everyday life has gotten easier and it's like we've gotten a lot better in my team'
General about my talks:
All my talks address the whole person, not just the employee. The knowledge shared will have a positive impact both in your personal life and in the workplace.
This is based on the knowledge that a division into 'work persona' and 'private persona' is an artificially created division - and that employees who thrive at home also have more resources to use at work.
My talks are based on the inside-out theory and offer theoretical knowledge, entertaining and recognizable examples and experiences from my own life, as well as insightful exercises for the participants.
